What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you decide ClinicMate is right for your clinic, you'll be billed $2,880 AUD for the year. If not, your account is simply deactivated — no charge, no hassle.
Can I add more than 5 clinicians?
The Practice Pack includes 5 clinician seats. If you need more, contact us at hello@clinicmate.com.au and we'll work out a plan for your clinic.
Is my patient data secure?
Yes. Audio and transcription data are processed in real time and never stored permanently. Clinical notes are encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act.
Do I need special hardware?
No. ClinicMate works with your existing laptop microphone, or you can pair your phone for ambient room capture. No special hardware required.
